Phasmophobia Crimson Eye 2026: Maps, Points and Reward Windows

Crimson Eye runs from October 8 to November 1, 2026. Investigations, optional objectives and Blood Moon Totems award event points. Personal tasks and the community display track separate progress, so check both before treating a particular reward as completed.

Update the game and check the seasonal tasks before your session.
Choose one of the listed maps and agree on a difficulty with your group.
Complete the investigation and optional objectives. Include Blood Moon Totems when relevant to the task.
After finishing, check personal and shared progress. The event reward list shows which goal remains incomplete.

Blood Moon makes investigations harder. For a group with limited time, a familiar map and reliably completed contract are often more practical than an uncertain attempt under maximum difficulty. This is a planning choice, rather than a claimed measurement of optimal points per minute.

Twitch Shirt and Double Rewards

The Twitch Crimson Eye shirt is available until October 16 at 00:59 German Summer Time. Link the required accounts, watch an eligible Phasmophobia stream for two hours and claim the Drop in your Twitch inventory. Check there that your viewing time actually counted.

The double-reward week runs from October 15 to 22 and affects XP and rewards from completed investigations. Ghost Hunts 4 Hearts is announced for the final event days. Keep its pending details separate from rewards that are already confirmed.

A trophy not appearing as a second new object does not necessarily indicate an error: the announcement says existing trophies are upgraded. The event shirt, Beholder ID and badge, and Blood Moon charm are separate rewards.
