Crimson Eye returns to Phasmophobia. From October 8 to November 1, investigations, optional objectives and Blood Moon Totems contribute to event progress. Kinetic Games distinguishes personal rewards from community goals, so a successfully completed investigation can advance more than one progress track.
Blood Moon also changes investigation conditions. Its weather increases the challenge. For reliable points, start with a difficulty on which your team can already identify ghosts consistently. A harder map is not automatically better if your group regularly fails there.
Maps, Rewards and Additional Dates
The event includes Tanglewood, Edgefield, Grafton, Willow Street, Bleasdale, Camp Woodwind, Nell’s Diner and Point Hope. Only the standard Point Hope map counts. Its new Restricted variant is not part of this list.
Kinetic lists a seasonal event shirt, a Beholder ID and badge, a Blood Moon charm and a trophy upgrade. Players who already own the trophy receive an upgrade, rather than a second identical object for the same shelf.
A separate Twitch Drop runs until October 15 at 23:59 British Summer Time. In Germany, the window ends on October 16 at 00:59. The Crimson Eye shirt requires watching a Phasmophobia stream for two hours; account linking and claiming use the Drop system.
From October 15 to 22, Kinetic doubles XP and rewards for completed investigations. Ghost Hunts 4 Hearts is also announced for the final event week, October 26 to November 1. Its details will follow separately.
If you do not want to play every day, plan around personal objectives first, then the double-reward week, and claim the Drop before its deadline. Phasmophobia Crimson Eye 2026: Maps, Points and Reward Windows explains the map selection and which Point Hope version counts.
